SRR35 spindle housing itself is an FC30 casting, which further underwent precision boring and honing, and the material for spindle are alloy steels subjected to high frequency heat treatment. They are assembled with SKF Germany, NSK Japan and Taiwan TPI precision bearings which maintaining the spindle nose accuracy 0.002mm or less. Its maximum capacity RPM 10000 is suitable to mount on flange platform with a CNC servo driven tables for your machining applications.
