1.Rigid material-vise body of ductile iron FCD60JIS (equal to GGG60) with 60 kgs/mm2 or 80,000 psi tensile strength.
2.The slide ways are heat treated to HRC 45° and that can provide the high accuracy and long service life.
3.Fixed Height, EV vises can be used 2 or more together.
4.EV vise is suitable for CNC Vertical & Horizontal Machine Center.
5.Exchangeable jaws: quick & easy replacement.
